Our Mission
The mission of Stanley River Valley Community Church is to bring people to a living relatinoship with Jesus, equipping them to serve the community and each other with love so that God’s name is glorified.
Our Vision
To build a Regional Church which effectively reaches the people of the Stanley River Valley and is known as a place of true community, effective discipleship and bold mission for the Lord.
Pastoral Team:
- Rev Stephen Thomas, Senior Pastor – Stephen’s passion is to see people come to truly understand the richness and joy of a relationship with Christ and to equip people to serve the community and each other as they build Christ’s Church. He is married to Toni and they have two children, Matthew and Andrew, they founded the church in 2005 and have served together in pastoral ministry since 1996. They have served in remote, rural and city churches and met at theological college in 1992. Stephen enjoys 4WDing, camping and working on projects at home. Stephen also serves as an Army Reserve Chaplain.
